Here is our humble presentation of Guru Teg Deluxe Model oil expeller which are the essence of Technical ability and skill of expert extraction Engineers. We are manufacturing all kinds of Oil Expellers, Filter Presses (Plate & Frame type), Baby Boilers, Neutralisers, Plunger Pumps, Elevators, Conveyors, Seed Cleaners, Copra Cutter and Cooker.
The two stands have been replaced by a steel fabricated structure. This ensures better alignment of the machine and the variations are reduced to a minimum. Oil collecting arrangement has also been incorporated in this structure thus avoiding the addition of an extra oil tank. The tin tanga body and cone body have been integrated to form a single joint body as on the gear box side. The Joint body is cast, machined and bored in one bored in one setting and thus giving perfect alignment. The chances of variations in thickness of cake are reduced to a minimum.
The Gear box has been redesigned by making it extra heavy and splitting in two pieces. The intermediated gear set has also been fitted in side this gear box. Thus the gears are totally enclosed inside the joint body and the gear box. This reduces the noise in the machine and increase the lift of the gears changing of gears and pinions has also become a easier in these design. The male-female fitting in the two parts of gear box ensures, perfect alignment. The length of the intermediate shaft and pulley shafts has been decreased substantially. This has reduced the chances of breakage of shafts to a bare minimum.
The design of cooking kettle has also been changed for better cooking of the seed. The kettle shaft is derived with a pair of V-belts with special tightening arrangement. This prevents suppage of V-belts and this increases its life. The reduction gear to run the kettle has also been provided with an oil bath to increase its life.
Before final painting of the machines, the same are given a trial run by our expert Engineers to ensure fool proof alignment and smooth running. All our machines are guaranteed against manufacturing defect to give a trouble free service.
